Superintendent's Welcome
For more than two decades, the Shared Learning Conference has been a meaningful expression of who we are as a district: a community committed to learning with and from one another. What began as a small gathering focused on sharing effective practice has grown into a powerful, district-wide day of connection, reflection, and professional growth for all staff.
This conference continues to thrive because of the generosity, curiosity, and expertise of our people. Shared Learning is grounded in the belief that the knowledge within our organization is one of our greatest strengths, and that when we come together to exchange ideas, we elevate both our practice and our impact on students.
This year, we are pleased to welcome Professor Keith Carlson as our keynote speaker. Our district has engaged deeply with Dr. Carlson’s work, and his thinking continues to shape important conversations around leadership, learning, and organizational culture. His keynote will offer an opportunity to build on that shared foundation and to reflect thoughtfully on where we are and where we are going.
The Shared Learning Conference is your space to engage, collaborate, and contribute to our shared purpose of providing an exceptional educational experience for every student. I hope this year’s sessions spark new ideas, strengthen connections, and reaffirm the important role each of you plays in our district.
Thank you for your dedication, your professionalism, and your willingness to learn together.
